UEC European Youth Mountainbike Championships Graz/Stattegg, 14th – 17th of August 2012
The best biking youngsters of Europe fight for their European titles!
246 participants in 82 teams from 20 nations made the first UEC European Youth Mountainbike Championships in Graz/Stattegg 2011 to the outstanding event in Europe´s mountain bike youth sports. Until 2014 the best bikers in the categories U15 and U17 will meet annually in Graz/Stattegg to live the spirit of European friendship and mountain biking within four competition days.

Information for registration
Only teams of 3 riders (2 boys, 1 girl) can be registered as one unit.
Deadline for the registration of teams: 1st of July 2012
At that time the number of teams have to be registered by the supporting team manager.
At the same time the team manager has to book the accomodation, if he wants to use the incoming of the organizer.
(PLEASE NOTE: Only in the case of timely booking the organizer will provide one free place for each team of 3 without a difference if national, regional or club team.)
If the participation in the common lunch and dinner in the Lässerhof directly at the start finish area is wanted, the team manager has to book the food at the same time. Many needless transports from and to the accomondation will not be necessary in that case.
(PLEASE NOTE: For the common lunch and dinner no free place will be provided!)

Deadline for the registration of all riders: 30th of July 2012
At that time all the riders have to be registered related to the earlier registered teams.
This bisection of the registration will give all national fedrations the opportunity to fix their national teams after the national championships of their country and to distribute the remaining riders to regional and club teams afterwards.
(PLEASE NOTE: You can only register riders into timely (1st of July!) registered teams!)

UEC Mountainbike Jugend Europameisterschaften Graz/Stattegg, 14. – 17. August 2012
Die besten Bike-Kids Europas küren ihre Europameister!
246 Teilnehmer in 82 Teams aus 20 Nationen machten die erste UEC Jugend EM der Mountainbike-Geschichte in Graz/Stattegg 2011 zu dem Ereignis im europäischen Mountainbike Nachwuchssport. Bis 2014 werden sich die besten BikerInnen in den Klassen U15 und U17 nun jährlich in Graz/Stattegg im Geiste europäischer Freundschaft treffen und gemeinsam jeweils vier Tage lang den „Spirit of Mountainbiking“ leben.

Informationen zum Anmeldevorgang
Für die UEC Jugend EM können nur 3er Teams (2 Jungs, 1 Mädchen) als Einheit angemeldet werden.
Nennschluss für die Nennung der Teams: 1. Juli 2012
Bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt muss die Anzahl der Teams vom betreuenden Teammanager genannt werden. Gleichzeitig müssen auch die Quartiere reserviert werden, wenn eine Buchung über das Incoming des Veranstalters gewünscht wird. (ACHTUNG: Nur bei zeitgerechter Buchung über den Veranstalter erhält jedes 3er Team, egal ob National-, Regional- oder Clubteam, einen Freiplatz für Nächtigung und Frühstück pro 3er Team!)
Wenn die Teilnahme an der gemeinsamen Verköstigung im Lässerhof direkt bei Start-Ziel gewünscht wird, ist das ebenfalls bekannt zu geben. Durch das Mittag- und Abendessen direkt im Renngelände fallen viele unnötige Wege von und zu den Quartieren weg! (ACHTUNG: Für die gemeinsame Verköstigung gibt es keine Freiplätze!)

Nennschluss für die Nennung aller Fahrer: 30. Juli 2012
Bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt müssen dann alle Fahrer zugeordnet zu den bereits gemeldeten Teams genannt werden.
Durch die Zweiteilung der Nennfrist sollen alle Nationen die Möglichkeit haben, nach den nationalen Meisterschaften ihre Nationalteams aufzustellen und anschließend verbleibende FahrerInnen auf die Regional- und Clubteams aufzuteilen.
(ACHTUNG: Es können FahrerInnen nur in vorher zeitgerecht (1. Juli!) genannte Teams gemeldet werden!)

CAMPIONATI EUROPEO GIOVANILE MTB GRAZ, 14 al 17 agosto 2012
I migliori biker giovanili scelgono i loro Campioni Europei!
246 partecipanti, bensì 82 squadre provenienti da 20 nazioni, hanno fatto in modo che il primo Campionato Giovanile UEC di Graz / Stattegg 2011 entrasse nella storia della mountain bike rendendolo un evento unico all´interno dello Sport Europeo dei Giovani. Fino al 2014, i migliori biker nelle categorie U15 e U17 si troveranno ogni anno a Graz/Stattegg assaporando lo spirito europeo e vivranno amichevolmente quattro giornate di "Spirit of Mountain Biking".

Informazioni sulla´iscrizione
Per il Campionato Giovanile UEC possono registrarsi solo squadre composti da 3 biker (2 maschi, 1 femmina).
Termine ultimo per l´iscrizione delle squadre: 1° luglio 2012
Fino a quella data il team manager o il responsabile del team deve far conoscere il solo numero di squadre che intende iscrivere. Allo stesso tempo devono essere prenotate le sistemazioni alberghiere nel caso si desideri un prenotazione tramite l´organizzazione austriaca. (NOTA: solo se la prenotazione viene fatta tramite l´organizzatore entro i termini prestabiliti, ogni team composto da 3 biker, che siano team nazionali, regionali o società ciclistiche, riceverà un voucher gratis per uno dei 3 componenti del team, incluso il pernottamento e prima colazione)

Se poi volete usufruire dei pasti presso il "Lässerhof" direttamente in zona partenza/arrivo, anche questa opzione é da prenotare in tempo. Consumendo i pasti (pranzo e la cena) sul posto, si evitano lunghe trasferte di andata e ritorno per giungere in albergo. (NOTA: se si usufruisce solo dei pasti comuni, non ci sono voucher gratis!)

Termine ultimo per l´iscrizione di tutti i biker: 30 luglio 2012
Fino a quella data tutti i nomi dei biker devono essere resi noti ed assegnati alle squadre iscritte precedentemente. Separando i due termini, tutte le nazioni hanno l'opportunità di nominare una squadra nazionale dopo aver disputato i Campionati Nazionali e potranno creare altri team con gli altri giovani biker a disposizione (NOTA: biker possono essere inseriti solo in squadre precedentemente registrati (1 luglio)!

UEC Championnat européen de VTT pour jeunes Graz/Stattegg, 14th – 17th août 2012
Les meilleurs jeunes cyclistes se battent pour leurs titres !
246 participants dans 82 équipes de 20 pays différents ont formé le premier championnat européen de VTT pour jeunes à Graz/Stattegg en 2011. Jusqu’en 2014 les meilleurs cyclistes des catégories U15 and U17 se rencontreront de nouveau dans Graz/Stattegg pour revivre l’esprit d’amitié européenne et « The Spirit of mountainbiking » pendant 4 jours.

Information pour l’inscription
Seule une équipe de 3 cyclistes (2 garçons, 1 fille) peut être enregistré comme une unité.
Fin de l’inscription des équipes: 1er juillet 2012
Le nombre d’équipes doit être enregistré par le manageur de l’équipe.
Le manageur de l’équipe doit en même temps réserver l’accommodation s’il souhaite utiliser les possibilités offerte par l’organisateur.
(A NOTÉ: chaque équipes de 3; nationale, régionale ou dans un club recevra une accommodation avec petit-déjeuner sil se sont inscris à temps).

Le manageur doit aussi commander le repas si l’équipe souhaite participer au déjeuner et au diner en commun au Lässerhof à la ligne de départ et arrive. Ceci annulera beaucoup de trajets non nécessaires.
(A NOTÉ: Il n’y aura pas de place libre pour le déjeuner et le diner commun!)

Dernier jour d’inscription des cyclistes: 30 juillet 2012
Les cyclistes doivent déjà être inscris dans leur équipe.
Cette séparation des inscriptions donne l’opportunité aux différentes nations d’organiser leur équipe nationale après le championnat national de leur pays et d’intégrer le reste des cyclistes dans les équipes régionales et de clubs.
(A NOTÉ: les cyclistes peuvent seulement être enregistrés dans des équipes déjà inscrit à temps (1er juillet !))
