Three winners of the Olympic Games, four World Champions, two European Champions and a double Giro d'Italia winner are at the entries list of the Mountain Bike World Championships this weekend.
On Sunday, almost 200 participants from 33 countries fight over 104km from Stattegg, where the Start and the Finish is located. The bike sports who's who will fight for the World Championships title. The supreme discipline is not the only chance to race this weekend. At the UEC Masters European Championships, where Bikers elder than 30 years can participate and at the TREK Mountain Bike Challenge over 66km or 35km even Non-Elite bikers are able to race at the same track as the World Elite riders.
On Saturday, the Junior Challenge gives young riders up to the age of 17 the opportunity to prove their advanced technical skills and to race like their international ideals.
