WELCOME INFORMATION > 2014 UEC European Youth Mountainbike Championships
Dear Team Manager!
The UEC and the Bikeclub GIANT Stattegg are looking forward to welcome the best young riders and their supporters from all over Europe at the 4. UEC European Youth Mountainbike Championships in Graz/Stattegg, Austria.
Please notice some useful information:
- Download the list of registered teams and riders. Please check your data!

- Accreditation on Monday 11th of August from 12.00 – 15.30
Stattegg Lässerhof, Hofweg 3, A 8046 Stattegg, AUSTRIA
Dinner will be provided from 18.00 to 20.00!
- Team Time Trial as Prologue on Monday 11th of August from 17.30 Stattegg/Dorfplatz
All three riders of the team ride together one short lap, the slowest rider will count!
Start and finish on Stattegg/Dorfplatz.
- The accreditations are provided in packages for all teams of the registered team manager.
NOTICE: Open amounts can only be paid cash.
Start packages will be given to teams only, which have fully paid their invoices!
One team manager accreditation per team and one feed zone pass per rider will be given.
- First team manager meeting on Monday 11th of August at 16.00
(Please follow the signs!)
- Two parking and team tent areas

Water, toilets and electricity are provided. Shower in Sporthaus Stattegg 200-300m away.
Area 1: The places are fully reserved! Please take the place, which is marked with your name!
Area 2: The places are fully reserved but not individually marked.
Area 3: There are a lot of places in area 3 > First come first served!
€ 25,- per caravan per day is the charge in all 3 areas.
For those who had not received a bill in advance: Please pay cash at the accreditation!
- Use of radiocommunication > permission is necessary

- NEW: Opening ceremony on Monday 11th of August at 20.00.
The riders will meet in the start-finish-area and will walk together to the main square of Stattegg, where the opening ceremony will take place.

We ask one girl or boy per nation to recite the motto of the championships within the opening ceremony in their own
native language and all riders to notice the fair play rules. Please find these documents attached in this e-mail.
We ask you to translate the promise into your own language. If your country has more than one native language please nominate one girl/boy per language!

BUT: For transportation to and therapy at the hospital riders will have to pay at their own.

The supporters and team managers outdoor with Styrian folk music and oldie hits.
from 18.00 there will be the possibility to have diner > Meat, Fish and Pasta!
